Providing you with a safe space

Appointments will take place in person or online, wherever you feel the most comfortable. The in-person sessions are hosted in the soothing yoga studio at Yoga Folks (Södermalm) or at Little Peace Yoga (Solna). You will have access to a fully private room, complimentary tea and water, yoga props and individualized care.
If you are based outside of Stockholm you can enjoy the benefits of yoga therapy from the comforts of your own home through a digital session.
